Wine
From RAM Cellars in Portland, Oregon, Viv is named after the French root word meaning “to live, to be alive.” It also happens to be short for Vivianne, the name of the winery’s founder and winemaker who came “alive” as they came out as transgender in 2018. For every sale of the bottle, RAM Cellars donates $5 to organizations that support queer and transgender people.

Viv is a petit verdot with an earthy, spicy flavor. Rich yet grounded and full of life, to be sure.
Bourbon
Chai is an autumn classic, so let’s turn it into a cocktail! The warm tea with hints of maple and bourbon will make you sweater-weather-ready in no time. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and enjoy outside while you watch the leaves change color.
Whiskey
This one’s for the people on a mission. The type of people you want in your corner. The people who get things done. Like an everyday warrior, the cocktail of the same name is steady and well-balanced — straightforward and honest. With Buffalo Trace bourbon, a bourbon aged for a minimum of eight years, you’ll find there’s some complexity there, too.
Gin
The Pimm’s Cup proves fruity drinks have a place in fall. This gin-based cocktail uses lemon juice and fruit garnishes to create a herbal, fruity drink that’s refreshing without being sweet. Plus, this simple yet high-quality recipe is easy to mix in a glass or scale up to a pitcher, making it an obvious standard for entertaining or drinks for one.
Vodka
The Vodka Sidecar offers a refreshing and citrusy flavor profile, with the vodka providing a clean base for the bright notes of orange and lemon. The cocktail is typically served straight up, without ice, allowing the flavors to shine through. It's a perfect choice for those who enjoy vodka-based cocktails with a hint of citrus zing. For a metaphorical cherry on top, don’t miss the “optional” sugar rim.
Vodka
The Pear & Elderflower Collins can be summed up in two words: fresh and floral. This well-rounded cocktail perfectly balances the combination of pear, elderflower, honey, lemon, and cinnamon — all in one bubbly sip. Don’t let the amount of ingredients prevent you from giving it a try. It’s easy to make, and even easier to sip.
Beer
New Holland’s signature stout features roasted malt with notes of coffee and chocolate. After a three-month stay in bourbon barrels, this rich, creamy stout carries undertones of vanilla and oak. This beer is best enjoyed on a crisp fall night seated around a bonfire or, frankly, anytime life is feeling less than a piece of cake.
Rum
Fans of rum punch will be delighted by the twist this Reggae Rum Punch brings. This pineapple-forward cocktail that balances the robust flavor profile of Jamaican rum with a smooth melody of strawberry and lime. Don’t wait for your next beach day to bust out this dreamy, tropical drink.
Vodka
The Jalapeño Orange Spritzer is like the perfect summer day: bright, with a little heat. This sunburst orange cocktail gets its heat from jalapeño infused vodka. The infused vodka works in harmony (not competition) with orange juice and soda water to create a cocktail worthy of your next summer celebration.

Gin
It’s a summertime classic, but with a twist. In our Aperol Spritz 2.0, we swapped prosecco for gin, adding just a little bite to a refreshing cocktail. I mean, can you name a more iconic duo than citrus and gin?
