The Southside is a timeless classic that blends the refreshing brightness of fresh mint with the botanical complexity of gin. Plymouth gin serves as the foundation, offering a smooth and slightly earthy character. Fresh lime juice and simple syrup provide a harmonious balance of tangy and sweet, while a dash of Angostura bitters adds depth and subtle spice. Shaken with mint leaves to release their vibrant aroma, the cocktail is strained into a chilled glass and garnished with a single mint leaf for an elegant finish.
