The Cucumber Elderflower Gin Fizz is a refreshing garden cocktail that feels like summer in a glass. Gin and elderflower liqueur create a floral, botanical base while fresh lime juice adds bright acidity. Muddled cucumber brings cool, clean flavors that make this incredibly refreshing, and soda water provides the perfect effervescent finish. Garnished with cucumber slices and lemon, it's light, aromatic, and utterly satisfying — the kind of drink that tastes like a spa day feels.
