Topped with Champagne, the effervescence adds a touch of elegance and celebratory sparkle. Garnished with a fragrant rosemary sprig, this cocktail is a beautiful blend of seasonal warmth and bubbly charm — ideal for toasting the moment.

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1 ½ oz London dry gin
  • 1 oz spiced cranberry simple syrup
  • ¾ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2-3 oz Champagne or sparkling white wine
  • Fresh rosemary sprig for garnish, optional

Preparation

  1. In a cocktail shaker, add the gin, cranberry simple syrup, lemon juice, and a handful of ice. Put on the top and shake vigorously, about 15-30 seconds.
  2. Strain into a Champagne flute. Top with Champagne. If desired, garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig. Enjoy!
