Brand marketing vs. performance marketing isn't an either/or debate — it's about understanding how they work together. Performance marketing drives clicks and sales, but brand marketing creates the foundation that makes people care in the first place. In this case study episode, we explore why brand marketing works upstream to make your performance efforts more effective, and how building real connection drives not just awareness, but conversion.

Brand marketing vs. performance marketing. It's not about picking sides — it's about understanding the dance. Performance marketing drives the clicks and the sales, but brand marketing? That's the reason anyone cares in the first place.

Here's what most people miss: these two approaches work better together than apart. Drawing insights from Nielsen research showing that 71% of people say they’re more likely to buy from a brand they recognize, we explore how brand marketing creates the conditions where your performance marketing can actually work. Tune in as we break down the difference between transactional and relational marketing, why consistent storytelling matters more than you think, and how values-driven messaging builds the kind of loyalty that turns into long-term business growth.

The Paper Jet Spritz

The Paper Jet Spritz

Bourbon
Refreshing summer cocktail with orange slices and ice, featuring Amaro Nonino and sparkling water, served in stemless glasses on a wooden board for The Speak Easy Podcast.
The Paper Jet Spritz is a sophisticated spritz that marries bourbon's warmth with Amaro Nonino's herbal sweetness and Campari's bitter edge. Fresh lemon juice brightens the blend while prosecco and sparkling water add effervescent lift, creating a drink that's both complex and refreshing. With its beautiful amber-pink hue and lemon wheel garnish, it strikes the perfect balance between bold and bubbly — ideal for those moments when you want something with real character that still celebrates.
