Marketing: Avoiding the One-Legged Stool
Effective marketing requires a multi-method approach. If you only speak to your audiences in one way, your strategy needs some work.

Relying on one tactic or one channel for your marketing strategy is dangerous and unreliable. Especially in the digital age, we need to be careful to ensure social media isn’t the only way we’re reaching our audiences. Everyone consumes media in different ways, so it’s important to craft a strategic plan that covers all the bases.

Join us this week as we discuss what to consider when developing your marketing plan and the many ways we can make sure our messages are heard.

Sea Breeze

Vodka
Sea Breeze
A classic little cocktail that might take you back to college. If you’re in college, then it might take you back to last night. Fresh, fun, and no-frills — the Sea Breeze is a light, tarty drink that, despite its name, is best enjoyed on, in, or at least in proximity to a Great Lake.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz vodka
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or simple syrup
  • 3 oz 100% unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1 lime wedge

Preparation

  1. In a glass, pour in the vodka, grapefruit juice and syrup and stir with a bar spoon. Add ice.
  2. Pour in the cranberry juice and squeeze the lime wedge on top. Taste and add additional syrup if you want it sweeter.
