Cautionary Tales
What do you wish you would have done 10 years ago? What are your regrets? What great piece of advice would you give a friend or colleague? Well, what are you going to do about it now?

Life is really weird—ten years can seem like forever, but it can also go by in the blink of an eye. In this episode, we take a look back at what we've both accomplished in the past decade, and we share some idea for where to focus your energy for looking into the next decade. In the first half of a two-part series, we talk honestly about a few of the things we did not accomplish, why we didn't accomplish them, and what our priorities should be. And, we talk about laundry. Salted Carmel White Russians
This is the perfect drink to kick off the holiday season. The salted caramel adds that extra punch to an already decadent cocktail.

Ingredients

Serves 2.

  • 2 oz Salted Caramel Irish Cream
  • 2 oz Amaretto
  • 6 shots of half and half, or substitute
  • Salted caramel sauce
  • Salt flakes
  • Rosemary sprigs

Preparation

Take the caramel sauce and use a teaspoon to slightly drizzle it in the glass, while slowly turning the glass so you get a nice swirled effect.

Fill the glass with ice.

Next, add your liquid ingredients to your cocktail shaker, along with a few cubes of ice. Shake well and strain into the glasses.

Garnish with a sprig of rosemary, a chunk of chocolate, and a sprinkle of salt flakes.
