Ingredients
Serves 2
- 4 ounce Bombay Saphire Gin
- 2 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 4 teaspoons simple syrup
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
- Brut champagne
Preparation
- Shake gin and lemon juice
- Add bitters and simple syrup in a glass
- Poor the mixture, top with champagne
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
