The French 75 is a favorite among many, including us, but we’ve found a way to make it more sustainable. In this mocktail version, we removed the booze without losing the fun or flavor. San Pellegrino’s Limonata soda plays a stellar role in this drink, creating the perfect balance between sweet and tart.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. lemon juice
- 2 oz. simple syrup
- Sparkling water
- San Pellegrino Limonata soda
- Ice
- Lemon twists
Preparation
- Mix lemon juice and simple syrup in a glass. Pour in ice and stir.
- Top with equal parts sparkling water and San Pellegrino Limonata soda. Mix once more.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and rub a lemon peel around the rim of the glass.
