I recently hired some new staff, and I promise you, it's one of the most difficult boss duties around. We've both had our ups and downs when it comes to bringing on new talent. Sometimes, we've hit it out of the ballpark. And other times, not so much. What's the key to doing it right?

If it's named after a unicorn, it has to be good. Our signature Happy Unicorn is a mythical mix of gin, elderflower, bitters and lemon. Ideal for springtime patio sitting.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces Hendricks Gin
- 1.5 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- tablespoon of lemon juice
- Orange bitters to taste
- Lavender bitters to taste
- A sprig of thyme to garnish
- Lemon slices to garnish
Preparation
Fill mixing glass with ice and add in the gun, elderflower, bitters, and lemon juice and stir.
Place ice in a collins glass, pour the mixture and top off with club soda. Add lemon slices and thyme for garnish.
