The Dick and Jane is a cocktail that boasts a delightful blend of floral, citrus, and herbal notes. Ingredients
- 1½ oz Tanqueray No.Ten
- 12 oz St. Germain
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ½ oz hibiscus syrup
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- Dry champagne to top
- Garnish: lemon twist
Preparation
- Shake all the ingredients (except the champagne) with ice, then strain into a flute.
- Top with champagne. Garnish with the lemon twist.
