Dick and Jane

Two champagne flutes filled with a ruby red liquid toped with a lemon twist garnish
The Dick and Jane is a cocktail that boasts a delightful blend of floral, citrus, and herbal notes. The Tanqueray No. Ten gin provides a robust botanical base, while the St. Germain adds a sweet, floral complexity. Lemon juice brings a zesty brightness, balanced by the sweetness of hibiscus syrup and a hint of spice from Peychaud’s bitters. With a light, bubbly finish courtesy of a splash of champagne, this floral drink is easy to put together and hard to put down.

  • 1½ oz Tanqueray No.Ten
  • 12 oz St. Germain
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz hibiscus syrup
  • 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
  • Dry champagne to top
  • Garnish: lemon twist

  1. Shake all the ingredients (except the champagne) with ice, then strain into a flute.
  2. Top with champagne. Garnish with the lemon twist.
