Spiced Pear Gin Mule
Gin

The Spiced Pear Gin Mule is autumn comfort reimagined as a sophisticated cocktail. Built around a homemade spiced pear simple syrup infused with star anise, cinnamon, and cardamom, this isn't your typical mule. Gin provides a clean, botanical foundation while fresh lemon juice cuts through the sweetness and keeps everything balanced. Ginger beer adds that signature spicy fizz, but here it complements rather than dominates. Garnished with a pear wedge and star anise, it's proof that the best seasonal cocktails don't just taste like fall — they capture the feeling of it.
