Sidecar
Liqueur
A favorite during the Prohibition era, the Sidecar is a fruity, sweet and dry cocktail that’s easy to drink and a delight to sip.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Cognac Pierre Ferrand 1840
- 3/4 Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
- 3/4 lemon juice
- 1 barspoon 2:1 demerara syrup
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well and pour into an old-fashioned glass.
