Rosé Sangria

Rosé Sangria is a refreshing and fruity cocktail that captures the essence of summer. Made with a bottle of chilled rosé wine and a splash of pamplemousse liqueur, this drink is infused with the vibrant flavors of fresh raspberries, sliced strawberries, and zesty lemon rounds. After chilling for a few hours to allow the flavors to meld, it's topped off with a splash of club soda for a light, bubbly finish. Ingredients
- 1 bottle rosé wine, chilled
- 4 ounces pamplemousse liqueur (such as Giffard)
- 3/4 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 lemon, cut into thin rounds
- Club soda, chilled, to top
Preparation
- Add the wine, pamplemousse liqueur, raspberries, strawberries and lemon rounds into a pitcher and stir to combine.
- Chill for up to 4 hours.
- Divide between 4 to 6 wine goblets and top each with club soda.
