We're not usually rum drinkers, however, the combination of rum and pomegranate makes this drink exceptionally tasty.
- 4 oz Grenada Six Saints Carribean Rum
- 1 oz Dry Curaçao
- 1 oz ounce dry vermouth
- 6 drops pomegranate syrup
- Orange peel garnish
- Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with an orange peel.
Boil pomegranate juice until lightly reduced by 20 percent. Blend the pomegranate reduction with equal parts raw sugar by volume until dissolved.
