This cocktail is a perfect balance of sweet and bubbly poured over crushed ice. Try it in a pitcher for sharing. It'll save you all those trips to the bar.
- 3 oz. pomegranate juice
- 2 oz. Havana Club White Rum
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup
- 4 oz. Prosecco
- crushed ice
- pomegranate and rosemary for garnish
Combine juice, rum, and syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a glass filled with crushed ice and pomegranate seeds; top with prosecco.
