Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. American Fifth Chai Bourbon
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1/4 oz. house-made simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Star anise and Peychaud's bitters, to garnish
Preparation
- Beat egg white in its own bowl until frothy in texture
- In a separate shaker, mix together all other ingredients
- Strain into a rocks glass and pour egg whites on top
- Garnish with a spray of Peychaud's bitters and star anise
