Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz. crème de cassis
  • 4 oz. Champagne or other dry sparkling wine

Preparation

  1. Pour the crème de cassis into a Champagne flute.
  2. Slowly add the Champagne. 
  3. Garnish with raspberries.
