Language. And not in the fun f-bomb kind of way.
Our society is relating and communicating more in written form than ever before. That often opens us up to criticism or misinterpretation, both professionally and personally. As leaders and as parents, we have the power to mold our environment and change habits.

This episode was born out of frustration. Namely, the overuse of words that are important to our industries—every industry has them, we’ll bet there are many that drive you insane, too. But our topic broadened a bit to touch on what happens when we get lazy with language, and how to get more intentional with your language, too. There is incredible power here, sometimes we forget what we can (or should) do with such a potent tool.
